Coaching

2-14 in 1 possesion games in just over 2 years.  Thats 1 out of every 2 games!!!!!

Lets not forget who was the DC when Jake Drove the field and threw the last second TD vs the chargers the other year!

The guy is a choke artist plain and simple.  He has to go!!!!

Both easily, with a side of terrible Owner. Too many forced passes to Smitty today, as Lafail can't do a damn thing. Thank goodness we brought in Ginn and Olsen can catch. The front 7 isn't as scary as we wanted it to be since pre-season. Great LB corps, sure, but the DEs are a joke right now. Hadry and CJ have been pedestrian. No secondary at all even before the injuries,, no run game worth counting on, and no O-Line. We're an average team. That's just the way it is.

But again, us negative nancies will cry that we didn't bring in enough big name FAs and the homers will laugh at us saying we'll be fine scraping the bottom of the barrel to find the gems. And again, the negative nancies will be right.

4 winning seasons in 18 years. No back to back winning seasons ever. Have not been above .500 since 2008.

Just a trash organization. Too bad they're my team for life. It's really taking the joy out of the game.

He probably will not be fired but I've seen enough. No matter who replaces him, he cannot continue to get paid. Promote somebody as a place holder/ interim guy. Or bring in somebody with a lot of experience who is semi retired and ride out this season and get the poo straightened out. We are not going to make the playoffs. Our schedule is brutal.

I would like to think that RR will be fired if we lose next week. It still might not happen, but this is looking like a John Fox lame duck situation.

We wouldn't be having this problem if Gettleman had just cut RR loose after last season. Could have had Kelly.

It's on the coaches, and it isn't even close. Rivera is three years in, nothing has changed. Nothing.

Oh and let's not forget it was Rivera who fired coordinators early this year and picked Shula for OC.

He's never going to get better. Get him out of here.

After today, it's coaching. Talent was a concern on defense last year, but it's apparent; our D can play after holding Seattle in check and keeping Buffalo in check for the most part today.

Poor game management, offensive play calling, and all around adjustment making is just taking its toll on this team.
