This. I don't know where the rumors of other teams passing on Rivera because he doesn't have a killer instinct came from, but they're right on the money. Rivera has absolutely no killer instinct. I'm sick of losing these close games.

 

We have playoff talent, but our coaching staff is the worst in the league.

To everyone who thought this team was going to put it in gear then you just saw the two gears they got....granny gear and reverse. I'm not jumping off EVER, but this is getting ridiculous. Rivera should be left on the tarmac in Buffalo.  He's a waste of a plane ticket home.  Hope the Panthers find a new head coach during the bye week when the Panthers are 0-3. He's the worst head coach in the NFL, bar none. And Shula's play calling is atrocious…can they please TRY to finish someone?! Score TD's and it's over!!! But NO…play it safe, lose close.  That's the game plan with this regime.  They're wasting Cam's talent, and his confidence is shredded.  They don't believe he can win for them, only lose it, and call the game with that in mind…"Don't put it in Cam's hands, just get a FG or two and hope we hold on" is their gut-feeling.  Cam is too good for this coaching staff, and if he decides to pass on a contract extension in the off-season, would you blame him? I sure as poo wouldn't sign up for more of Rivera & Co.'s garbage.
