WR Crop Looking Pretty Strong for 2014

i like Moncrief..

this.

Been on his bandwagon for awhile now.  Evans had a big game today, I like him as well.  I believe we can come out of this draft with a #1 WR.  We need one, especially with it being painfully obvious that Smith has lost a step or two.

Evans looked absolutely uncoverable against Auburn. Although they don't use him as much against poorer Ds when Manzeil can run wild and other receivers are open, it is clear, when things get tough, A+M just throw the ball out to Evans and rely on him to make plays. I would say he is one of the best WR prospects for a long time, if he's there in the 1st when we pick I can't see Gettleman struggling to decide what to do.

Keep on eye on Penn State's Allen Robinson. He's so underrated. Check out his acrobatic receptions. Allen uses his body so effectively.

underrated by some, but I have been watching him all season. game reminds me of AJ Green. can really high point the ball well, and has deceptive speed. is having a good season.another guy I hardly hear about but is a special player in my eyes is Jarvis Landry from LSU. this WR class could be something special.

If Jarvis Landry comes out, he's the guy I want. He has, IMO, the best hands college. And we need guys who can catch Cam's lasers.

Love his game and his hands are a1. Can catch in traffic, wins in the slot or outside. Slept on his speed but he does a great job at getting vertical on routes and can pull away from defenders....

Watkins- I'm really high on this kid. Great hands and speed. I would say if we go 9-7 to 7-9 we could have a chance of him falling to us until the combine. He should blow it up. Top 10 pick

Lee- This guy is good too. Very big and physical receiver. To me he's a young, faster Bolden. Another top 10 pick.

Evans- I watched the Bama game yesterday and he dominated. He's a HUGE WR. Something like 6'6 250. The only thing against him is his speed. If you go back and watch the Bama game he made all the catches but always had a db all over him. While it was awesome for him to still make the catches, I don't see him making all of those, much less the majority against NFL starting dbs. I'd loved to see if he could translate into a TE though. Late first round pick.

I may be in the minority but i like benjamin over evans. I think he is more raw but his speed/size/combo is greater. What 6'5-235 do you know is capable of not only running a reverse but breaking 80 yards? He is unfinished and need more seasoning but at the end of the round he would be a great get and the size we need on the outside allowing smitty to fade into the sunset at the slot.

i think i am there with you. the last 2-3 games for Evans have been some what bad, while KB game has been improving weekly. also i think KB is a lot more athletic then Evans.

Twice in the first half now Carr has floated it up for Adams. Adams has been unable to get to the ball because 5'10", 186lbs Nevin Lawson (Utah State corner) has jammed him.

Update: Adams fights through Lawson grab and hold for a 3rd quarter touchdown. Adams has 7 catches for 155 yards and a TD with a minute left in the third.
