Stephon Gilmore out, Jarius Byrd doubtful

Lol. Last year we ran the ball @29 times a game and passed @30.5 times a game.

Huddle consensus was run the ball more! We are too pass happy. That is why we paid the RBs!

After one game where we actually ran the ball slightly more than passed it is "spread it out!". Pass more". Too conservative!!

Huddle changes it antidote for our offense (which it doesnt need) on a week to week basis.

In all honesty, I just want the coaching staff to adjust to game trends, whether its passing or running instead of sticking to game plans. I think that's what separates good teams and average teams.

from last game, do you think Shula is the problem?

My post in another thread:

All I can say is I need to see it before I can believe. I want to give Shula the benefit of the doubt and that he can change his conservative ways, but he has 3 seasons worth of NFL OC data and his offenses ranked bottom 10 every year (2 years at 30th in passing). And then Newton goes out and puts out a career low passing yardage total (I realize the Seattle D is good and there were some drops).

I keep thinking of the Einstein quote about insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I need to SEE different results for my opinion to change.

Last week cam admitted that he didn't throw it deep when he could have because he was being safe or whatever.. if he pulls the same thing vs the bills and we lose then the blame has to lie on cam and shula for not expoiting the bills weakness in the secondary.
