I think we proved last year we can handle the Saints, so if the Falcons lose to St. Louis Sunday (which can happen), things will look pretty good for the Panthers provided we win

They will assign them themselves.

They will assign some and let some be voted

They will dictate if they are up for any player or a certain should from each side of the ball

Schiano could easily manipulate the vote...he doesn't have to let them vote to begin with.
