I dont remember any screens against Seattle, well there was one but incomplete

Seattle has one of the fastest and best D's out there and they actually were wisely not being too aggressive going after Cam....

I would think that would impact our ability to use the screen game

Seattle was out their top three pass rushers and their number 2 corner.

The Panthers couldn't have possibly got them at a better time and whelp.

It's a work in progress. Gettleman decided to start with the defensive line. We now have one of the best front 7s in football.

Next year, best believe he will focus on the offense.

We finally have a GM that lives and breaths football. I have faith he knows what he is doing.

He is waiting on the O....in case Ron is gone. If he is, he will also evaluate what he wants as the centerpiece of his O

This game isn't on Cam its on three stupid mistakes....

1. JT's inexcusable lack of awareness on ST handing the Hawks 3 points and taking a possession from us.

2.Greg Olsen dropping a perfect pass well within field goal range.

3.Williams fumbling at the 8 when we were driving for a game winner.

That right there is a 13 point swing had those three plays gone the other way we win 17-9 in all likely hood...

    • i think i go in the opposite direction of most. my ideal retirement is living in some old downtown area in a flat above some shop or something.  life out in the country was just something i got real tired of. My kids actually miss some of living out there, which i understand. that was where they grew up for the most part. 40 acres with a 2.5 acre pond. it was beautiful, but also way too much (and too expensive) for me to keep up with.
    • FLASHBACK: I remember back when ESPN was just starting--he was their anchor.  They used to show stuff like Rodeo and field hockey--I remember laughing when he went to a commercial mocking a cycling competition in Utah (or something similar--I made that up) and I laughed.  I told my dad, "We may have us a new anchor when we get back from commercial."  When they came back from commercial, Berman was looking very serious and he said, "Any comments by me do not reflect the views of ESPN....The men and women who cycle are dedicated athletes and we are honored to shine light on their sport." (Paraphrasing).  Dad laughed hysterically. My first memory of him--and that was like 1980.
    • Might not have a team without them. Although that probably applies to the Panthers, too.
