Cam doesn't look like the old Cam.

Running wise. A lot of times in the past I would see him put his head down to get an extra set of yards and ultimately that key first down. Now he just slides blatantly. Not saying that's a bad thing you have to slide in order to not get your head taken off. But sometimes I feel like he could make them miss.

I noticed that as well.  However I think it's more of his don't turn the ball over mentality.  For good or ill, I think he is making a concerted effort not to turn the ball over.

Cam has always slide unless it was absolutely essential to get a first.

For example, he drove head first into three defenders and continued to drive with his legs for extra yards on a third down scramble late in the game.

If its 3rd down he is fighting for every yard and trying to get the first down. If its first or second he is going down like he should be.

I am glad we have Cam. Only would trade him for a small handful of QBs.

He is a young QB and has some growing to do. Potential is through the roof.

Cam has always ran intelligently. He'll lower his head to get to the sticks on 3rd down or to get in the endzone, but other than that he's generally pretty smart in avoiding hits.
