What the fug are you talking about? Like, sometimes I wonder if people are only fans of Cam, and not the Panthers. Rivera hasn't blamed Cam not once, hell, he put the blame on Shula.

 

A lot of these guys ARE only fans of Cam...just take a gander at the join dates..it's not a coincidence that a lot of the Cam only posters joined right as we drafted him or shortly after.

 

Course they "have always been fans" and just so happened to join at that time...even though this forum has been around for a pretty long time.

If your referring to me you can say so. Being on the huddle doesn't make you a fan and it sure as hell isn't an indication on when you became a fan.

You think posting on here makes me, you, or anyone else a fan. Hell most of the damn huddle has never been to BOA let alone Ericsson so you can miss me with that poo.

I wasn't referring to anyone in specific but these things have a way of exposing themselves...sort of like...the way you sound offended for some reason...

I am offended because I created the thread, a thread defending Cam so you think that makes me a "Camfan" and not a panther fan. When you've spent the time, energy, and money I have on this team it's offensive.

To be embarrassingly honest I was against the Cam pick I wanted AJ green for Jimmy, but the moment I knew we were committed to Cam I backed him 100% and will do so as long as he wears the black and blue

Lol I remember the sports illustrated article about him when he was a backup at Missouri talked about how he was the back up to Chase but was the one who would be a great nfl qb.

Then again....if we had drafted AJ Green to use with Jimmy...we probably would have been in position to get Luck...

 

That question would be would you rather have Green/Luck or Cam?

Lets see. When did Rivera take blame for Cam. How about Sheba Cam said that he and Shula were going to open up the offense. Did he mention that Cam was the one who refused to throw downfield? No he didn't but Cam did. Lets see did he blame Newton for fumbling aftergetting the first down against Atlanta? No he lunged on 4 th and 1 and took all the blame. He has always taken all the blame and defended his players. Did he call out Williams for fumbling? No he said we fumbled not a specific player. Go back and look at some of the interviews with you supposed open mind. You will find that Ri era always takes responsibility and protect the players even when they make boneheaded plays.
