When can we blame Cam?

Wilson was very lucky at times in that game, and also had the luxury of facing our worn out defense in the 4th.

Luxury?? You beat the poor guy half to death! Time of possession was almost dead even. Why in the name the football gods was your line tired? We were the ones playing at 10 AM. were the ones dominated by the other team's D line, were the ones who could not possibly stand against your D line.

Yet, at the end of the game, our O line seemed stronger, your D line weaker.

Not what I expected. Not what you expected, so why? What wore your D out in the Carolina humidity and heat as opposed to the Seahawks?

(Hint: Seattle practices at game tempo. Send a memo to your coach.)

Are you really dising the D because they couldn't hold a 1 point lead through the second half.

And you are incredulous at someone for questioning a QB who puts up 7points?

This type of OC would have more success if Anderson were the QB.

Now don't go nutty and say I said Anderson was better than Newton. Newton is far better talented than Anderson , but not for the Shula type scheme where half of Newton's talents are wasted.

What is it you didn't understand with my post?  I was clearly speaking about Cam's first two years. Are you that slow, or just looking for an unnecessary argument?

As far as today's loss; there's a lot of people to blame, and Cam is not one of them.

The same RW you are praising had 8 games last year with passing yds under 170 including a game against SF where he passed for 171 yds and his team WON that game. Is that funny? No but l bet you don't think RW should be blamed for how his team plays.

Its all fine an dandy when your team wins the game. Pass for 120-150 and lose....

Lets not forget Sea ran the ball more than any team last year.

My point remains. Cam is a gunslinger like Favre and Cutler. He'll never be a precision passer yet that doesn't mean he'll never lead this team to the promise land. Who knows what would have happened had D-Will not fumbled or had Olsen not dropped those three passes?

What I saw today was further growth from Cam, and Seahawk fans would agree with that sentiment. Newton showed poise in the pocket and only threw two questionable passes. Cam appeared very sharp against the league's top secondary. His short game has improved significantly and he took what the defense gave him.

I'll take the gunslinger comparison, but Cam doesnt have the football IQ like the good to great QBs in this league. IMO, Cam's ability to make and create plays and highlight reels all comes from his gifted athleticism. A QB needs to have a high QB of football knowledge. Im not saying Cam doesnt have one, but from watching his rookie days to now I'm not seeing much. Cam struggles at times and it affect his plays. I wouldn't put his football IQ up there with the other young QBs. Thats my honest opinion. I've seen more than enough games now.

im so glad we have a kindred spirit here to fight for truth, justice, and right to make idiotic commentary

He should be able to state his opinion, he wasn't rude about it and made an unpopular argument that he knew would get bashed. I don't like internet bullies, didn't like Bwood, don't like you.

Seahawks Secondary >>>>>>> Panthers Secondary

Thomas, Chancellor and Sherman owned everyone not named Steve Smith.

Panthers front 7 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Sea front 7

By a mile.

Which makes up for deficiencies in the secondary.

Cam had plenty of time. Lanes were open.

Wilson was running for his life all game. We were stuffing there run game.

Should have never lost this game.

Yea, bc it's my post. I wanna see what others think about it. I'd even gladly considered your opinion.

I have seen many times that Cam have not been able to take over a game with his arm and football IQ alone other than running. Today, I really believed that the opportunities were there for Cam to take charge and he ended up not to. I held my breath all the way through the 3rd quarter that maybe something my light him up bc I knew if he didnt, it wouldnt be long before Wilson find his rhythms.

You want my opinion? Here it is: Cam was leading us down to a game-winning drive. Williams fumbled. The end.

How you see anything beyond that is beyond me.
