Feeling shitty just like everybody else around here watching this cluster fug of a SNF game. I am getting my son down from his highchair to get ready for bed.

What he said next blew me away. He's 2 by the way.

"Daddy, you're Cam Newton."

I looked at him and asked "Do what, son?"

He said, "Daddy you're Cam Newton, I'm Smitty"

I said "you're Smitty?"

He said "yeah"

He gave me a hug and I put him to bed.

I'll get a "cool story bro" but those of you with kids will understand how that will put a smile on your face in even the darkest of times.

Mine said Panthers for the first time today. He says some other weird word instead but today he called them the Panthers.

My 3 year old daughter sat in the room and played with me the entire time the Panthers game was on.. she said WOOOOO when Smitty scored.. too bad there weren't more Wooo's
