Sorry to be back, didn't mean to be, but one of your fans made a comment about the tippy-toes pass to Baldwin on the sideline being pure luck. I countered it looked more like Wilson actually intentionally throwing it into a window.

 

Turns out, according to Wilson's post-game presser, that he did try to get it in the window but in the moment didn't really expect Doug to get to it.

But he did. Ironically, that ball wasn't stripped like three or four previous balls in this game. Earl Thomas just wrapped him up really hard. He's small, but really strong, and it just sort of squeezed the ball out. Still, your guy didn't so much screw up as have the L of B do a number on him.

 

But D is half (well, 40%) of the game and when they do their job it isn't luck, it's footballin'.

 

GREAT (in a really ugly sort of way), hard-fought game.

Lets be honest.. wilson got fuging lucky several times and it makes him look awesome. Where as cam makes perfect passes and tgey are dropped

Russ is my 2nd favorite non-Panther in the NFL (after Gio Bernard because of personal ties), and the Hawks are probably my #2 team these days (was the Chiefs for a few years).

 

I hate the loss, especially when we were so close yet again, but we lost to a damn good team and a flawless QB.

Yeah I thought Wilson, being short, would have trouble passing over our front four. His ability to run out of the pocket and throw accurately is impressive.

Just asking because I prefer logic....... helping hold Cam to a career low passing yd is in what what "largely irrelevant."  Just curious?  What if he had caught that ball in the 1st quarter?  That was an easy INT.  Not sure saying that a pro bowl CB was irrelevant in holding your QB to a career low at home is completely accurate but RichardSherman25 doesn't represent all Hawk fans.  I get the anger there.
