and Steelers all lost. Now if the Deadskins and Cowpies follow suit, opening weekend will not be a total wash.

Truth is, the sky fell 5 years ago and has never left.

Our owner is cool with doing the bare minimum so long as he keeps turning a profit and the public keeps giving him money to do so. Which is why we have a guy who has no business being a head coach as our head coach.

I take more good than bad away from this game. But we are still 0-1 and lost in another heartbreaking fashion. So I don't feel any better about it.

Nothing really. Pass rush was good. Star impressed me. 

 

Things that were bad:

 

1. Secondary is terrible.

2. Cam just doesn't have that x-factor that wins games.

3. Bad play calling.

4. Special teams suck.

5. Penalties.

6. Did Luke play today? 

7. Our luck, we used it all up during Jakes years with the team. I watched him do some amazing things when we were the Cardiac Cats. 

"that x factor that doesn't win games" good god dude, really?. Cam played fine today; we had a lot of things contributing to the lost but he wasn't one. "X factor" is just a pseudo football-analyst term.

 

I'm pissed just as everyone else, but after seeing us go toe to toe with the Hawks, I've got a gut feeling we make wild card this year. I'll wait till week 4 before panicking, at least.
