Positive things to take away from today!

Fug a positive.  We lost, nothing positive about that... all the positives in this game we already knew about coming in.

We are exactly who we thought we were.  A monstrous front 7, horrible secondary, and lacking talent at the skill positions.  Sorry Olsen, you don't get the luxury of dropping the ball when that's all you're really good for.

Nothing really. Pass rush was good. Star impressed me. 

 

Things that were bad:

 

1. Secondary is terrible.

2. Cam just doesn't have that x-factor that wins games.

3. Bad play calling.

4. Special teams suck.

5. Penalties.

6. Did Luke play today? 

7. Our luck, we used it all up during Jakes years with the team. I watched him do some amazing things when we were the Cardiac Cats.

Sorry, but we're 0-1.  I'm not taking anything positive away from yet another game we should have won and lead in the 4th quarter.  We're 5 years removed from having a winning record in the regular season.  Can't lose in demoralizing fashion and expect to keep fans even remotely interested.  Something like 2-10 in games decided by a TD or less, that stat sticks out, and as long as it remains, what fans remain will get more and more angry until massive changes are made.

D was amazing and much much improved with the exception of the secondary.. I really liked how well Dwill played up until the fumble.. just wish it turned out different.

Only positive I have taken away from this one after that 4th quarter embarrassment, is that Tim Ryan has improved a whole lot as an announcer.  Well done, Tim, and happy birthday!
