If they do have an awful start it would be interesting to see how the team performs with a different coach as the head. A lot of us have been saying that coaching is the main issue with this team.

Firing the guy that early in the season would be even dumber than the decision to bring him back this year.  Let it play out, at least for half of the season.

I don't think they'd fire him before the end of the season unless there's another 2-8 type start. But with that being said, I think an offensive-minded coach is what this team needs. Ron has done a great job preparing the defense to take the next step to that elite status.

 

Now it's time for our Sean Peyton/Jon Gruden to come in and take control of this offense. The pieces are there for the most part, they just need a master mind to put the plan together and run the show.
