Chris Scott taking most of the first team snaps

Mr. Scot

If Wharton's not in good enough shape to be a full game starter yet, Scott probably is the best option.

I may be one of the few who thought Scott looked at least decent in preseason.

I actually think he looked better than decent. I rewatched the preseason games and focused specifically on scott he is huge (6'4" 360) and can move pretty good. He consistently blew his man off the ball. Although he was playing mostly against 2's he looked pretty good.

I'm just having a hard time beliving a guy that didn't even perform well FOR The Steelers is a diamond in the rough now. With the way the Steelers run their organization with a no nonsense attitude. You would think he would get this poo in gear and play well. If not with them, how is he doing it with us?

Sometimes it takes a lot to wake someone up to reality. Having everything and losing it will make people change their perspective. He went from a solid draft pick to someone fighting for league minimum and hoping to not be cut on a middle-market team. Fear of the future is a hell of a motivator. It seems like the guy has always had the skills, he just need to quit being such a doughnut muncher.

He was 360 when the Bills let him go.  I don't think he's actually 360 anymore.

Team roster lists him at 320 (granted, official rosters fudge from time to time).

There was a time when Cris Carter was 'a guy who didn't perform well for the Eagles'.

It's fuging sad that we've been getting breaking news on our team from a NASCAR reporter

He's not just a NASCAR reporter anymore.

And honestly, you could argue he's one of the better writers we've got covering the team right now.

That's the Eagles my good sir. Zero championships just like us. The Rooneys have six with their philosophy. No bull poo, or get the fug out. And Scott got the fug out, I'm not sold. I hope this dude proves me wrong.

Every team makes mistakes, the Steelers included.  We have to hope Scott is one of theirs.

I want a team roster scale at my house then. I'd love to be 40 lbs less right now. :)

Honestly, it's not just the pros.  My high school roster had me listed as two inches taller and twenty pounds heavier than I was
