Dan Morgan says Bobby > Luke

Luke has slightly better triangle numbers but they're pretty similar. I'd say Luke is the prototype coverage middle linebacker and his instincts/ability to find the football are pretty phenomenal. Matter of preference and opinion really on which you prefer. Morgan is entitled to his.

Prove that he is saying it because he is white. You are making a judgement based off your own thinking.

it may not be the reason but it possibly could be a factor. go ask jordy nelson

positional stereotypes permeate sports. it's not racism it's just reality

Hate to be that guy, but it's because Luke is white. Stereotypes work both ways. Just like people never really gush and gush over the fact that Luck is a freak athlete, Steve Young was a freak athlete, John Elway was a freak athlete. It should be universally understood that JJ Watt is a science experiment; but people don't really gush about that either. They talk about different things when they describe his style of play. The fact that Morgan is white makes no difference; white commentators are the ones describing the style of play of white freak athletes differently from the way they describe black freak athletes. It's always "hard work, discipline, never quit, he comes in early" vs "look at how explosive he is" and all that other BS. Don't ban me for this; I'm just being honest.

I agree wholeheartedly. It is very ignorant. "White players are cerebral and have average at best athleticism" the masses say ......."Black players are freakishly athletic with average intellect at best." the masses think

Silly and ignorant to say the least.

Kind of surprised Dan made that assertion. I am sure he has had to prove his doubters wrong, as he came up through the ranks.

I am more surprised he didn't do his research before making inaccurate claims about Luke's athleticism.
