Across Enemy Lines - Seattle Seahawks

Wagner is a beast. Great LB. hopefully we can exploit the injuries and can seal him up with Tolbert.

To be honest, witt his new DC all we really know is he'll be more aggressive than Bradley was. Even 'Hawks fans don't really have a clue what he's going to throw at you guys. We all know you're going to have a hard time passing on the Legion of Boom, possibly more so with Browner out (I actually believe Thurmond is superior to Browner, but because of quickness will still play nickel.)

If there is a weakness anywhere, it is in the middle of the field, but, again, this is a new DC. If I were your team, I'd do my best to run up the middle as one of your posters already said. But who knows what Quinn is going to do? I didn't follow him in college.

Wagner can go sideline-to-sideline like Kuechly, so we'll see.

your confidence is cute. you will abandon it when luke keuchly literally rips russell wilson's beating heart out out of his chest and clutches it with an evil laugh like the fuging shaman on temple of doom and drops him into a breathing pit of fire

Muah-ha-ha-ha-ha!Boo!

Thanks for in-depth analysis.

:)

What's funny is that so many posts here suggest we have no *reason* for confidence. It's one thing to have been a team that did nothing the year before and that nobody sees as having done enough to improve to challenge for their division or even the championship of their conference.

It is another to actually have already challenged for the NFCCG and seem to have improved your roster in the off-season.

Seriously ,what are you smoking that Seahawks fans should not be confident? Every fan base has cocky idiots. Those aren't the ones you pay attention to. If you are paying attention to them, then you can expect knowledgeable fans to not pay attention to you.

To be honest we don't know what Rivera and McDermott are cooking up either but I know monsters inc will make Wilsons day a nightmare. Prob should start your backup QB if you don't want Wilson hurt.

screen and screen and screen some more. pull those LB's out of their home a little and spread that D some and rock and roll.

I would, if I were Carolina. This is not something Carroll and Bevell do much, but it might be wise for us, too.

You haven't read your own fans' posts here? You guys are hyping yourselves even though nobody else is. You act as if the Seahawks didn't post 150 pts over three games, didn't lead the league in points allowed by more than 2 pts., didn't come within two points of the NFCCG, didn't have the third best running game, didn't have a Top 5 passer, didn't beat SF 40+ to 13 (not at the beginning of the season, but just before the playoffs), etc.

What, exactly, are we not supposed to be excited about? How are we supposed to not be considered one of the top 3 teams in the NFC?

Try reading this. I wish there was anyone doing anything s complete over here. Or as balanced. http://www.seahawks.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=72017

Starbucks is good and costs me about $200/month. Other than that, you don't have a whole hell of a lot to be excited about.
