I tried these.  They are awesome.  Everyone loved them.  Think I need to make them different spice levels (not hot enough for me).

Good lookin out, I will put it on the list for this weekend & get back to you... I can never follow a recipe, I have to change it somehow. Been cooking since I could reach the stove, gotta make something like this mine. Will let you know what I do & if it works... Not going to use breakfast sausage, prolly grab some ground from HTeeter. Or just get some ground pork & make my own. Some cayenne or chipolte flakes in the meat will prolly give you the kick you desire... 

 

Think I will bring whatever version down to Charlotte when I make it to a game. Now if I could only get biscuit to make up his mind on what game we're going to...
