Goodbye Adams, Kearse and Nakamura

Mr. Scot

It just didn't seem like Adams was making that transition well, and you can attribute it to the speed of the game, but I don't see a lot of rookie return guys looking like a deer in the headlights when special team gunners are bearing down on you when you're trying to field a punt... I guess we'll find out if he's got anything if he gets picked up by another team just like we ended up finding out how talented McClain is

Being a good coach or personnel guy doesn't only encompass how good you are at developing talent. It's also knowing who has enough talent and who doesn't to understand whether or not it's worth it at all to invest time, money, and a roster spot in a player.
