Ron said in the presser that it was a day off. Beason was "tired and sore" after Mondays practice and the team decided to rest him. Expects him back tomorrow and to play Sunday. Beason met with the team trainer who said everything was fine.

The pain isn't something that will be going away....it will be with him from now on

I hope he's right and we see some of the old Jon Beason. They showed him on the sidelines of the Ravens game when he was apparently told they were shutting him down for the night. He didn't seem real happy.

 

He's going to have to be patient. We haven't seen the explosion and quickness for a couple of years. If he has to play a minor role for awhile to get back to that point, it would be well worth it.
