Amini back at Practice

I'll take it. I know people talk about wanting to play teams at full strength but this is the nfl, I'll take a win anyway I can get it.

Russell Wilson is the only qb in NFL history to throw a game winning interception.

I'll take it too. We will have our fair share of injuries before the season is out. It always happens. Hopefully this year the Panthers will not be major injuries to our key position players

I like being the underdog. Nothing left but to grind out victories this year. Low expectations from most outside the Carolina's

awesome.

gross-silatolu-kalil-wharton-bell actually sounds like an NFL-caliber lineup.

I asked Johnathan Jones (Charlotte Observer) and he said the line will likely be Gross-Wharton-Kalil-Williams-Bell. If Amini is healthy, Wharton will back him up at LG, not start at RG. :-(

wharton must have fallen off in the skillz dept. more than we're assuming then... no way wharton is a backup if he's a better player than williams.

Wharton is depth at LT and LG.  He and Silatolu are prob. not going to the other side of the ball.  Scott and Willaims will play RG, while Williams will back up Bell at RT.

LT Gross

LG Silatolu, Wharton

C  Kalil  Byers

RG Williams Scott

RT Bell

Chandler will probably not be active.

His last season with Carolina, PFF had him rated as one of the worst starting LG in the league. Anyone thinking this was more then depth was being silly. He's lost a step since then from injuries as well.

The team has said that Chandler is the top T backup right now. This was after the Wharton signing.

PFF has actually said he was a decent to good guard multiple times, he graded out at a +4 or something like that his last year and that is far from the worst

I missed that, but if so, I think it is wonderful news because he is raw.  Perhaps we will not need a LT next season if he continues to develop.
