In all seriousness, I will always have questions about his ability to coach until he demonstrates an ability to win games when it matters, and make the decisions needed to do so. Hopefully, with the pieces we have in place this year, he will.

 

Well, one thing is sure...he has no more excuses. This roster is solid enough to win on a consistent basis. We lack depth on the o-line, but so do a lot of other teams.

 

My biggest question remains the offensive coaching staff. We have great defensive minds (Rivera, McDermott, Wilkes, Washington), but other than Skipper and maybe Proehl (a rookie), there is not a lot to inspire confidence on that side of the ball. But those were all Ron's choices so he will have to live or die with them.

He is probably fresh out of the negotiating room, having been flown in to sign the deal. He's not ready or settled in to town yet. He'll be a go tomorrow. (IMO)
