Describe what it's like to be a Panther fan

Half way thru the season all hope for a playoff spot is gone. You know there is no reason to watch any more games but you do anyway.  The last half of the season we play the good teams and hey you think we're improving but really we are only playing their subs. Our first team runs up their stats vs scrubs and sure enuff next year when you hear criticism of our team, homers pull out those bogus stats and shoot you down. We can show by the stats we are the greatest!!!!!!! YEAH BABY

being a panthers fan, i look at lions fans and think to myself..."i feel your pain, and I have no idea why i put myself thru this either".

Or Brownie and Bill fans too for that matter!

Like going to a game and making noise and banging on seats when our defense is on the field and most other folks in Panther jerseys turn around and look at me like I have 3 heads,then they go back to their texting and chatting about non football topics!TThis happens a lot even when the Panthers are winning and still have a chance to make the playoffs!

I'd rather be a fan of a team like the panthers then a top flight team Pats, 49ers, packers. I enjoy watching the team improve build up and them always keeping you guessing. It'll just make the day even sweeter when the Panthers end up winning the Super Bowl

my lions, browns, bills, bengals and raiders friends and i have formed a league of fail.

 

we mutually root for each other's games because no one else god damn understands.

 

it got so bad the last time we played the bills that my bills friend wanted us to beat them and i wanted them to beat us because i wanted fox gone.  and still it took davidson ingeniously deciding to pass 42 times against the smallest god damn dline in the god damn league to make that happen.

For this year, it's like being a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes who were on probation & won every game...kind of pointless.  That's this year with Rivera & company as the coaching staff.
