So you are saying Gettleman and Rivera are disingenuous, and your expertise is above theirs? I suppose you will also have to include every other GM in the league too, since they didn't bother to put in a waiver claim for Gettis.

And, like I've already pointed out, I don't see anyone clamoring to put in a waiver claim for any of our receivers (except for 89, of course), and that should be telling.  As for G-man and Rivera, they have to take more into account than just what their eyes see on the receiving corps.  But, I stand by what I said: The receiving corps is not as good without Gettis. Period.

Just a reminder: the whole league could of had him for basically the minimum, and everybody said "no". So it's not like he's the second coming. I hope he gets healthy and can get back out there, but you have to think him making another 53 man is a long shot.

What are you talking about? Teams can only put in claims for players waived. We haven't waived any receivers worth a damn. You've been upset about this for the past 48 hours. You just brought it up in the Mikell thread, lol.
