Please note that these are only the final cuts. And this is probably still not a final list. I updated it with the latest list, but I will check back later to see if there are any more to add to the list.

That should have been the final update.

Proudiddy just posted that the Titans cut their full season starter from last year (Fernando Velasco).

Info here: http://www.titansonline.com/team/roster/Fernando-Velasco/6882a9ca-5046-4660-8879-17e15f444e04

PRO: Fernando Velasco is coming off his third full season on the Titans’  active roster.  The former undrafted free agent appeared in all 48 games from 2010-2012 with 19 starts, including getting the starting nod in all 16 games in 2012.  Velasco spent the majority of his first two years with the Titans on the practice squad.  A versatile player that can line up at center or guard, he will compete for a starting spot at an interior line position in 2013.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

•    In 2012, Velasco started all 16 games for the first time in his career.  He made 13 starts at center and three starts at left guard.

•    In 2010, Velasco saw action in all 16 games with three starts.  He made his first career NFL start at left guard at Dallas (10/10/10).

•    After spending a season and a half on the practice squad, Velasco made his first regular season appearance at San Francisco on Nov. 8, 2009.

Can confirm @caplannfl report that #Titans are cutting Fernando Velasco. Has signed $2m restricted tender offer in offseason

jwyattsports 3:49pm via TweetDeck

Velasco signed a $2.023 million tender in offseason, but salary wasn't guaranteed #Titans

Velasco was the favorite at C at start of offseason, but the #Titans fell in love with Turner. Velasco became too expensive to be swing guy

Pashos and Scott can be our new right side...guy can dream

Two vet minimum contracts is all it would take (which really wouldn't even effect our cap space at all). I have to think they are at least better than the depth we have and very possible they'd be starters.
