Yes kid's it's that time again where we try to share what little bit of knowledge we have and mix it with just a sprinkle of common sense, add some homerism and go easy on the insanity for 2013's

BOLD YET REASONABLE PREDICIONS

Panther's win more close games than lose this year

Deangelo rushes for 821 yds, 6 td's

Smitty catches less overall passes but his td's go up. 68 rec and 7 td's

Cam throws 6 more td's and 3 less int's- He also rushes for about 167 less yds and one less td for 7

Lafell and Olson get 6 td's each

A 4 game winning streak

Look more return for td's by the special teams

We win a game on a punt return late in the 4th ON THE ROAD.

I'm about to drive for the next 6 hours so share away muchacho's.

-Norman breaks "Night Train" Lane's season int record of 14 int's and 4 int return TD's.

-Cam passes for 4200 yards 23 TD's 10 ints, 400 yards rushing 6 TD's

-We have no RB that breaks 1000 yards.

-Kraken/Johnson/Star/KK/Edwards/Alexander have a combined 50 sacks.

-Smith has another 1000 yard season.

-Ginn has the best season of his career and finishes with 900 yards receiving.

-Beason plays all 16 games and ends with 87 tackles, 1 sack, 2 ints.

-Luke wins the Defensive Player of the year award.

Panthers lead league in takeaways despite having a 16th or worse ranked pass defense.

Smith and Olsen both have 1000+ receiving yards, 3 other Panthers break 800 receiving yards.

3 out of five trips to the red zone end in td's for the Panthers offense.

Star never records a tackle in the first half of a game, due to teams starting out by doubling him up.

Luke is mentioned at least once in an on air discussion of league MVP.

OFFENSE

-Cam has greater than 62.5% completion percentage and less than 10 INTS.

-LaFell leads team with 80 rec and 1200 yds.  Smith goes for around 65 rec, 900 yds but leads with 10 TDs.

-Our OL holds it's own with Byron Bell and Travelle Wharton rating out in the top 1/2 of the league at their respective positions.

DEFENSE

-Hardy leads team in sacks with 17.5 and CJ comes back down a bit with 8.0.

-Luke leads NFL in tackles with 180 combined but does not win DPOY.

-Norman becomes a shut-down corner and "Nor-man's Land" becomes a popular phrase with the 4th string Fox broadcast team.

OVERALL

-Panthers go 10-6 and make the playoffs.

-Rivera finally reads Clock Management and Late Game Situational Football for Dummies, is retained by Gettleman and the Huddle implodes while Gettleman faps because he realizes he won't find anyone better/doesn't want to mess with Cam's development even more.

    • 100% even if rest of team is really talented if they march young out to be qb and he plays like he has for 90% of his starts the panthers have already lost doesnt even matter how good the rest of the team is or isnt and also makes it hard to even tell how good they are.  They need true competition for young this offseason.
    • It will be awesome to have an improved stadium to lose in I guess....   https://www.yahoo.com/news/panthers-file-rezoning-bank-america-111500840.html     The Carolina Panthers have taken another necessary step toward renovating their home of the present and future. Panthers Stadium, LLC, filed its rezoning site plan with the city of Charlotte on Monday, initiating an important — if mostly technical — step toward renovating Bank of America Stadium. The filings state that the rezoning relates “primarily to technical aspects associated with improvements to Bank of America Stadium,” and that the rezoning is required because “the current stadium zoning is out of date” for the team’s stadium renovation plans.   The planned stadium updates include new seats installed throughout the upper and lower bowls; stadium safety and security enhancements; a reimagined South Lawn Pavilion; upgraded restrooms; exterior enhancements (including LED video boards) and more. Planning for the stadium renovation project will continue through 2025, with construction starting in 2026 and the renovation’s conclusion in 2029, The Observer previously reported.
    • In my dream, we somehow luck into a top 2 pick and someone wants a QB bad and doesn’t want anyone else to jump them. Somehow we’ll probably screw up the picks anyway, but it would be nice to do even partially what Chicago did to us. We’d have to lose out, which is a decent possibility unless Tampa is resting. We need Atlanta to stay within a game because Atlanta beat Tampa twice. The rest of the draft slots are who knows because Jax plays the Raiders and then Tennessee and you never know who will rest starters. I think we are top 7 unless we somehow pull out 2 more wins. The 4 win teams have higher SOS and there is only one 5 win team with the same SOS. If we win 1 of 3, we still should stay in top 7. If we lose out and the Jax games work for us, we can easily be top 3.
