Michael Robinson has been released from the hawks. He was a pro-bowler  a couple of years ago .It looks to be an upgrade  for us to me. This was a cap move saving the Hawks 1 million.

"Terrible move, unless the Hawks know his replacement is better. Make no doubt, this is the year that the cap should not matter while the Hawks make their move toward a SB. 

Next year the cap bites, and it would be a shame if the Hawks miss their opportunity this year due to the FB's not being able to protect RW."

Stupid Stupid move. 

Mark my words: The Seahawks rushing game will suffer from this move. With our O line not showing very well in pre season and now cutting Real Rob, we basically have a bunch of ball carriers and no blocking backs. 

Team chemistry will be hurt by this as well. Robinson seemed to be the hub that the players revolved around. ( See www.realrobreport.com ) Carroll & Company are underestimating team chemistry. "

Michael Robinson was cut/tweeted his farewell to Seattle, I would not mind to bring him in as a FB, especially if Tolbert is not healthy, we also could pick him brain a little before we play the seahawks.

I haven't seen much out of Cole.

He stands his ground, something Fua could never do. I saw Cole stand firm against a couple double teams against the run and was satisfied.
