some guys he knows aren't going to be on the active squad unless something happens to bump them up from practice squad.

If we keep 4 RBs, it would be Poole, but I doubt that 4th RB would mean we only keep 5 WRs. Additionally, I could be mistaken, but I dont think Gettis is eligible for the practice squad.

I only brought those guys up b/c I was just showing that he can speak about a guys future...and it not be about them being on our active roster at the present.

What are practice squad rules.... 3 years of eligibility if you never played a season. 2 if you have?

Gettis I could see making the roster but being inactive.  Maybe he and Hixon will swap active spots depending on who's healthy that week.
