Your "nuts", it's only appropriate your name is squirrel. As much as I hate UNC they are on the up and up as is Miami, Florida State, and Clemson. Ill go as far as to say if Clemson can beat Georgia then they have a shot at a national championship. Unfortunately Virginia tech is down but I don't think they've dropped off as egregiously as it seems. A 6-6 va tech, which has been unheard if for 20 years, would have the talent to spank UNC and most others in the ACC but it's not that simple anymore.

I'm recording both and plan on watching until the panthers game comes on, then switching back and forth as needed. Really hoping we pull the upset tonight, ride that momentum throughout the season, and finish in the top 15 or so this year.

Eh, I used to work in the Southpoint area so it's exciting to see teams from the triangle show out. But I'm not as sold on USC or Conner Shaw as anyone else is. The team will live and die by the defense, that's the bottom line.

yes and no....when SC left the ACC in the 70's, there was very bitter blood. The schools didn't play each other much in any sport until recen8tly. For the older folks, it is probably still bitter. For the younger ones, it's more of a regional rival thing, SC feeling like a little brother, the Heels eliminating the Cocks in baseball this spring, a chance for revenge.

And everyone hates Tar Heel fans, so there's that.

USC has a player who could be of interest if Hardy is not re-signed and the wheels fall off early and often.
