His offense likely wouldn't compliment Cam. It's really wordy and not "fast" as Cam has stated he prefers.

 

What do you mean by fast?  I see us always burning a timeout in the first quarter of games because we can't get the snap off.

 

How often do you see Cam doing the "snap it now bitch" clap?  If anything we move at a very slow pace.

6-10 and 7-9 but that is not the end all be all. We have not been efficient. We've put up yards and points in spurts but rarely do we dominate a game. We could have the fifteenth ranked offense and have be more efficient. When you run a vertical offense that's what you get. I also feel like a lot of the discontent is related to preseason.

Gruden would not be good for our offense. He uses way to much verbage for his plays. Some of his plays are 15+ words.

I'm not saying Cam couldn't adjust and be able to run a Gruden led offense, but I'm also not taking the chance to see if he could either.

 

Cam could run a WCO just fine, but it would be a waste of his arm strength and accuracy with the deep ball.

Cam's short passing isn't as strong as you'd like to see in a WCO quarterback. His mobility is a plus, but overall I wouldn't want him in that attack.

(we don't really have the right receivers for it either, honestly)

I was thinking the same thing when I heard his rant... I'm concerned about how much "Mickey Mouse Bullshit" goes on at our practices, I've always felt like our guys seemed a little too comfortable.

Did you play sports growing up? This far from unusual, so much so it could barely be called a rant. He used a few words some people don't use in a casual conversation but I heard those same things from my middle school basketball coaches. Except there were yelling and throwing clipboards. I think this "rant" is a pretty tame warning. The rant would come if their behavior continued.

Well, there was something I meant to put right after that, my apologies. I expect unexpected things this year. The year Rivera and McDermott scheme the poo out of offenses and chud I mean, ummmm Don Shulas son "schemes" . Lets see what he learned from Chud. Hopefully he took the good(play design) and will add a little bit of strategy.
