It likely can't. My theoretical physics is a bit rusty, but eventually all mass will be sucked into a single Black Hole. This mass in it's highly compressed state would then explode in a second Big Bang, recreating the known universe yet again. So in theory, one could say, net entropy is decreased by increasing to an oversaturation point where loss becomes creation.
