Depends on what fighting style the monkey is trained in. The pitbull has speed and stability, the Monkey has strength and Thumbs, so it comes down to training.

 

How can the net amount of entropy of the universe be massively decreased?

It likely can't. My theoretical physics is a bit rusty, but eventually all mass will be sucked into a single Black Hole. This mass in it's highly compressed state would then explode in a second Big Bang, recreating the known universe yet again. So in theory, one could say, net entropy is decreased by increasing to an oversaturation point where loss becomes creation.
