Rising/Falling Divisions

We have seen about all we can see from preseason as this weeks games are pretty meaningless, so who do you think as a collective division will net more wins and which division do you see falling off?

Riser Division

NFC West. With San Fran and Seattle both projected in the playoffs, the extra wins I think will come from the Rams and Cards

Falling Division

AFC East. I see New England taking a step back and there being only one team coming out of that division to the playoffs and them having only 9 or 10 wins.

What are your predictions?
