And just like that, Kugbila isn't practicing today

Of course I never liked the pick, even if he turns into a hall of famer 5 years down the road.  The Panthers don't have the luxury to develop projects.  It was the same last year.  We could have had Cordy Glenn.  Yet we decide to try our luck on Amini.  Is Amini developing into something right now, I don't know.  I do know Cordy Glenn was a probowl alternate last year if I'm not mistaken.  The Panthers need to win now, this year.  Rivera should have known he only had this year to prove something, or he's out.  Yet he still drafted a project player with our third pick. (4th round)  Unbelievable.

It's not about the hammy. A portion of Panther fans are just butthurt that G-Man took a D2 talent over a favorite like Jones. In their eyes, Kug is an injury-plagued bust... who has yet to even start a preseason game.

I'm not concerned about their short sighted misconceptions.

If that how they wish to look at things, they can. I'd just wish they'd keep their doom and gloom opinions to themselves. Can't rate a draft pick in any less than two years, sometimes longer.

they drafted a player that evidently they graded higher than you did.

Unbelievably indeed!

I blame Madden.
