Every coach wants to advance up the ranks of their profession. I assume you would like a promotion at your work too.

I doubt he'd be doing any better, and I'm tired of offensive coordinators angling for head jobs. This offensive line is THE biggest problem on this team, and Hue would have had zero to do with that.

Those guys are the exception, not the rule.

 

You typically need to expect any very good coordinator to at least be interviewed for HC gigs and to have the ambition to get there.
