Ben Affleck is your new Bruce Wayne; Bryan Cranston as Lex Luthor?

Well, no Bryan Cranston. Jesse Eisenberg from the films Zombieland, and The Social Network will be playing the role of Lex Luthor.

I am baffled by this to say the least.

didn't see that coming but I could see it working.

The downfall of most of these comic book movies if they usually don't have good villain's.

Ledger didn't have to play a campy Joker like Nicholson. Watch the Shining sometime. Nicholson would have crushed oxy boy's efforts if Nicholson would have been giving the same role.

Derp Daniel Day Lewis would have been sooooo much better in The Shining. He woulda made Jackie look like Jennifer Lopez in Gigli.

I think I have to agree. Nicholson's Joker was dancing in a museum and did a lot of laughing. Tim Burton wasn't very good at portraying the Joker's transformation or exactly how far he'd be willing to go. But Nicholson played what he was given to perfection. After watching TDK and seeing Ledger's performance you can really appreciate how great Nicholson played the Joker.

Ledger played a great role too. The main difference is he was a lunatic from the beginning.... no transformation from being a low level guy into the mob boss. He just marches in and takes over the mob.

Ledger's Joker was definitely crazier, more evil and the probably the most bad ass villain ever to grace a superhero movie. Nicholson played the role better with a much weaker script.
