The reason Gruden hasn't gotten back into coaching is because he wants to have a team that is already built for him ex: Packers, Pats...etc. He's afraid of failing.

We earned his respect by beating him repeatedly. Started with our first game against his defending Superb Owl Champeens when Jenkins blocked that extra point to keep the score tied and send it into overtime, where we eventually won. That kind of game sticks in my mind and I'm sure stuck in his mind, too.

It's flanked on both sides by the pats dynasty, the steelers, colts, giants, saints, packers, ravens have all been consistently good teams. The bucs are the only team to have leaped all the way to the top of the mountain and immediately jump right the fug off. It's like Gruden sold his soul for that one SB win to stick it to Al Davis. Even today they're just as irrelevant as we are.

Actually, we do pretty well with selling tickets, we have a 105 game sellout streak without a blackout. Btw, best bet is to wait the last minute on stubhub for tickets.
