I am still not sure about Shula as a playcaller, but I get the continuity factor with Cam. But as as long as we win, I am good

If your asking why it will be a different Shula? It's because he's easily on the best offensive team he's ever been on. He's got Cam that's a huge difference right there. If asking what will make it different from last year? I believe Cam has a better relationship with him than Chud did. The trust is different and Cam will have more input and free reign.

Well, Shula has done a nice job working with Cam as the QB coach, so he is not a complete idiot.  Perhaps he has learned from his mistakes of the past.  I think this along with continuity was the reason why he got the OC job.  Not every coach is successful early on.  I believe Shula will follow the 2nd half success of the 2012 season and continue this into 2013. Bottom line is:  If the Panthers don't win this year, Shula will be fired along with Rivera and the rest of the coaching staff.  They are coaching for their jobs this year, and this should be a great motivator as well.

At first I was as well... then I thought...

 

1. Cam to have to learn another offense?

2. Would we have the personel to run the new offense?

 

 

I mean we have had a top 12 offense 2 years in a row.  If we can just tighten up play calling and coaching we should be good.
