You know what the difference is between all those stories and Mexico?

In NC you will notice we caught all those people and brought them to Justice, in mexico nobody is doing anything about it because the government is so corrupt.

You also dont see random groups of people being kidnaped and murdered, if you read the connecting articles in my OP you will see that this is the 3rd case of this happening this year, 3 freaking times in a year and thats just the ones we know about. because they make the international press.

Much of the NC stuff you listed never will make national news much less international. but we hear about it every other day it seems in mexico, have you ever wondered how bad it would have to be on a regular baises to make international news as often as it does?

do we know for sure no one was caught in Mexico?

And press coverage is hardly a basis for comparison. Compare and contrast the media coverage of chemical attacks in Syria vs. Ben Affleck as Batman.

read the articles attached to the main story in the link and you will get your answer. Now I'm not even sure what you are trying to argue, is it that it's not bad in Mexico? I'm sorry half the population trying to go to the us with mass killings (3this year) tends to show evidence to the contrary.

They force everyone to work without shirts for 2 reasons- so the pure, processed coke doesn't get into their clothes and also so they don't have any temptations to walk out with any themselves.

House Hunters International on HGTV has been showing folks relocating to Mexico very frequently lately and just as much to Central and northern South America.

my point is that you can go to Mexico. people often think everywhere but their own neighborhood is dangerous.

The story from Mexico - they behead thieves. One of the stories from NC - behead complete strangers.

Lol, you moron, the families insurance policy required it of anyone that traveled with them to satisfy the K&R portion of their policy, so it wasn't our choice if we wanted to go and was actually a kinda fun class.

Don't worry, you'll never have anything anyone wants so you have no worries, you can travel through the worst shitholes in the world with no worries at all as worthless as you are! Oh wait, you have and are writing a book about it! LMFAO! Since it seems you lack basic K & R insurance info, I hope Latin America won't be in your book.

And I was wrong, someone does want something of yours, Uncle Sam wants their $3k back, oh nevermind, you don't actually have it.

keep yourself and your bullshit posts in smack central

first and only warning

go read the article and those that were attached, an in one of those a 18 member band was shot and dropped down a well because a cartel didn't like a nightclub they performed at. Yeah the NC stuff is far worse(sarcasm)

I was actually not going to post in this particular thread mainly because it hits home. Literally. So I will chime in just for the sake of not doing so...

I could post a plethoara of content about the USA and why I would never visit them and look just as stupid as the people that think Mexico is nothing but cartels and violence...even recent events in the USA one could construct false pretenses. Such as the USA is not safe to travel to because you could be shot up in a cinema, or blown up at a race, etc etc. Just making this example makes me feel a bit stupid because I am generalizing a whole country over some isolated events.

Anyway, I have been living down here for quite some time now and I have yet to die from cartel activity. If you go looking for trouble, trouble will find you. Its that simple.

The war on drugs is not just Mexico´s problem, its also the USER...want to take a guess where the most users are from? Where most of these drugs are being consumed? The USA. So do not blame Mexico completely. Supply and demand man. The funny thing is that cartel activity and violence has actually gone down a bit.

It is a shame that people do not visit such a beautiful country.

What part of the country do you live in? I really like it down there and would actually consider moving there if I could arrange gainful employment...

In relative terms I am a Yankee. I live in the North. In Sonora, next to Baja California. 3 hours away from San Diego, Ca. 3 Hours away from Phoenix, AZ. Closest ´big´ city (and I am using this term very losely) is Yuma AZ, I believe the Marine base is here.

Come work for Bose with me. You could live here and we could grill out every sunday and watch the game. I will make some killer Carne Asada Quesadillas and you could bring some American flare with some bbq, coleslaw, and a couple of brewskis.
