If you like your grilled (pimento) cheese sammiches kind of crispy on the outside. Try mayo on the outside instead of butter. It makes the bread golden brown and lightly crispy and doesn't taste of mayo once it's cooked.

i actually had a pimento cheese burger this summer. very tasty.

Is it simply possible that we just didn't look THAT good against a talented team that seems rejuvenated under a new coach in a tough place to play? Philly is philly, regardless of preseason/regular season. It wasn't pretty, sure, but it sure wasn't the end of the world. Things I am concerned with:

1. Cam's still overthrowing and his throwing motion is still looking forced. Id love to see him work on his touch/ use a little more overall body movement in his throws. He'd unstoppable if we could fix these things.

2. The offensive lines run blocking. I'm not so worried about the line giving Cam time as I am them opening holes for DeAngelo. Its frustrating seeing a pile of bodies going nowhere tht DeAngelo runs into.

3. Starting Cap't over Thomas/Norman. I don't remember the ranking or the number but I do remember Capt being rated really highly in the nickle. Keep the trio of Thomas/Norman/Florence as your main primary outside guys.

Ok, I don't have time to sit here and argue with you idiots. Yes it's only Preseason. Everyone knows that.

What will be the excuse in nov? We need time to get going??

I still don't think you get it, honestly.

Most regular season NFL games come down to a series or less. Some come down to a matter of inches.

How can you be upset about not winning a preseason game when entire 4th quarters are played by guys that won't even be on the team in a couple of weeks? Are you under the impression that any coach in the league looks at the score of a preseason game? The last coach that cared about a preseason score was Steve Spurrier when he ran it up in preseason. How did he turn out?

Don't pay attention to who is starting in preseason. It isn't a final depth chart.

Don't walk up to the cliff edge until the bye week. If this team is on life support after the third game then it will be evident that the sheeeet has hit the fan. The best tact for all of our sanity is to step back and look at things as they are. Let's hope for a positive season and that we stay healthy and improve. We are in a very tough division with a killer schedule with a team starting to put the pieces together.i hope they win and find the formula needed to do so,but if they don't life goes on. Enjoy every Sunday no matter what may happen, it is still only a game.

    • Taking a look at the Panthers official visit/meeting tracker - players who the team met with that fall under the 4th/5th round: - CB Quincy Riley Louisville - NT Deone Walker Kentucky  - DT Cam'Ron Jackson Florida  - C Drew Kendall Bostol College  - RB Jarquez Hunter Auburn  - RB Ollie Gordon Oklahoma State
    • Freddie is the Road Warrior. It's not his fault that we can't score.  We are known for taking more shots. We tried less. That and bad luck killed us.THROW THE PUCK AT THE NET.
    • The problem is that if you don't have a fully settled QB of the future, you can't take him because it's just going to create a distraction that your young QB doesn't need while you're seeing if they can be your guy.  Then you also can't take him if you have just a full on legit starting QB because Shedeur likely isn't going to sit well with knowing he has no path to playing either. Realistically at this point, only the Rams, Steelers, or maybe the Raiders make sense to take him, anyone else and it just seems like trouble waiting to happen. With the Rams and Steelers, assuming Rodgers ends up there, it would be where he knows he's going to sit for 1 year and then get the chance to take over while learning from a HOFer.  That's a situation I don't think the Sanders family would have an issue with, especially at this point.   The Raiders would be a little similar, but he could get stuck behind Geno for more than just one year.  And think about it, do you really want a frustrated Shedeur living in Las Vegas?   Beyond those 3 teams, I really can't see a situation that is going to not have all sorts of crazy media around it.... so the Cowboys will probably take him, because of course that will happen. In a way, it's Kaepernick all over again.  The media distraction that is going to come with him, especially at this point, isn't worth dealing with for a backup QB. Once the Giants and Saints went with different QB's, it really set this up to happen.
