As irritating as it is to say, Growl is not wrong. He did qualify his lame attempt to downplay Mitchell with that good ol', what and see disclaimer. Growl has learned the ancient art of not stating facts. You may discredit his opinion, but you absolutely cannot prove him wrong.

However, the initial intent of the OP WAS to discredit Mitchell by claiming, even with his limited history, that with continued poor play, added to needless penalties, he would play his way off the team. Oops...

His assessment has proven inaccurate, but he is still right cuz he called "Wait and see".

Mitchell, and the whole DB corp. have played very well this year. Controlled fury.

I WAS a super homer for Green. He's from my hometown and a personal acquaintance of mine. I toted that Green was a can't miss prospect and there was gonna be nobody else like him for some time.

I was right about Green being a can't miss prospect-but wrong in that no one else would come close to him for a while- Alshon has just blown my mind, and he is close to AJ level in my mind--but another great season could put him there I feel he can be better than Green. The guy just does everything great.

How can you see the date on that post, how can you read the very excerpt you're giving to me, and somehow deduce that I was saying that Jeffery was a better WR than Green? Everything about it explicitly proves that Green isn't playing at the collegiate ranks at the time of my saying he was the best wideout in college football (which he was)
