I dont know when it became 'cool' but Ive been doing it for years. Still love a hoodie & shorts, always been a favorite. I used to wear the longsleeve under a short, now I wear the short under, usually for warmth. Have never worn something 'to be cool' or because thats whats in. I wear it because I feel comfortable in it, and Id rather be comfortable than look good any day...

 

I dont know what the previous poster meant when he said "dress shorts", cannot wrap my head around that phrase. Im callin shenanigans, theres no such thing. If its a 'dress' occasion, slacks or khakis are the only way to go...
