I remember a really weird pregame moment with him back in I think 2005 or so... Coming back from a commercial, before the guys were even on camera, Curt Menefee did a voice over where he talked about an "inside scoop" from Bradshaw. He said Jake Delhomme was not only gonna be benched, but likely cut. It finished with "Jake Delhomme has started his last game for the Carolina Panthers". And then not another word about it. The way they handled it - giving it only a passing mention then ignoring it - I think Fox thought it was bullsh-t. It felt like they didn't want to broadcast it but Bradshaw pushed until they did. And obviously, it was bullsh-t.
