yup, i was fearing a collapse could be on the verge and it looks like it's about to happen.  our midfield and defense is just too weak to be a champions league club unfortunately.  sunday was disastrous

And there's talk from Rodgers about bringing in more defenders. That's just absurd to me. This is one of the worst midfields I've ever seen at Anfield. We need to work on that. Continuity in our defense will come after everyone gets healthy.

Not in January. Solely because FSG utterly refused to sell over the summer. If Madrid comes with some serious cash, which I doubt, I could see it as a slim possibility.

Pique says unhappy players can walk. I still don't understand why Tello re-signed last summer. What made him think he was going to get significant more playing time? He'd be a good fit here.
