now that's not saying we shouldn't be looking for help there or that we're fine. it's just he was to be the future at RG...a project. if he could start right away, cool, but that's not something we should have been expecting.

 

he's also doing all that he can to get ready and from all signs the desire is there.

 

he's not otah. very weak comparison on several fronts.
