Meow decided to allow for people who wanted to keep their previous adopt a Panther to sport a special veteran's sig if they missed them when Meow opened the thread i.e. that's why Jasonluckydog's has that A with two stars in the corner. The new adopt a Panther adopter also got a sig. 

 

So there should be a few players that with joint custody provisions.
