Stewart has been a pro for what, 4 or 5 years? I seriously think I remember him practicing like maybe once. That's not even hyperbole either.

I got a question.  Why do the Eagles share a couple practices with the Patriots?  While we never share any practices with any other teams?

It's up to the teams. Falcons practiced with the Bengals. Most teams don't do shared practices, but some do. They usually practice against their first preseason opponent.
