My Fearless Predictions...

 

 

- Garry holds up pretty well and eases some fears about his play.

- Cam doesn't get a touchdown

- Derek Anderson gets a TD pass to Armanti.

- Kenjon looks impressive

- Armond Smith takes a short pass to the house in the 4th quarter

- Star doesn't look so great forcing a huddle implosion.

 

this is going to be the big one that most huddlers won't be prepared for

 

most folks here have put on the blinders since before the draft that Star is the guy... and then when we actually drafted him, it got even worse.  most people are expecting huge things and are going to be surprised when he plays like a rookie DT

I'm gonna watch the whole game with a bottle of JD Tennessee Honey that a patient of ours gave us. I'm stoked.

That honey bourbon is something to behold. Haven't had the JD, but I have a bottle collection for Wild Turkey.

I'm not good at predictions but I guarantee I will be giddy as a schoolgirl around 7:57pm Friday night.

My boldest prediction:

 

Kenjon: 15 touches, 120 yards and 2TDs

 

Short has at least one sack.

 

Star and Short will both play extended periods of time.

 

Cameron gets an entire quarter of QB reps.

Defense doesn't give up much of anything with the first teamers, shut down the run and the pass

I know I'm new here and you're the ruler and all ... but after reading this I had to laugh and ask myself "but will he also be wearing a $3000 suit? COME ON!"

 

On topic: My prediction is that we win easily behind Derek Anderson 200+ yards / 2tds.  Pickles has 4 checkdowns and a pick 6.  Cam will obviously look studly in <10 plays.

First Series- Cam march us down to the end zone with the help of the running game.

 

Either Cam rushes in for a TD or a throw to Olsen or Smitty.

Then Im leaving around halftime, makin the wife drive my drunk ass home & put the kids to bed so I can watch the rest of the game.... Not very bold, but absolutely probable...

I think that we will win 20-17.  Little scoring in the second half and defenses will dominate.  Scores will be on turnovers and a few big plays.  I think Ginn will look good in special teams.
