Ron Rivera's Training Camp MVP: Armanti Edwards

Recommended Posts

Rivera must post on the huddle as a self professed App fan. Why is he giving that scrub any credit? Should know by now that Armanti just fizzes out of games except one of his five catches went for 82 yards and his 2nd punt return went for 69. Chico the homer.

For real, armanti wins this "award" from Rivera because of his selfless attitude I believe. His play is a bonus but the attitude to do whatever without talking too much is the player coaches like. Sounds like a Belicheck guy so if he got cut I'd imagine that's the first place he would land.

    • The playcalling seems suspect at times because there are certain plays we literally cannot run because of the physical limitations of our QB.  The offense looked completely different with Dalton under center but unfortunately he ran out of steam in like 2 games. There were plays he called that I’ve never seen ran for Bryce. Bryce just lacks that type of arm talent. It looks like he created a completely new offense for Bryce now compared to what he was calling when Bryce started the season. Let Dave pick his QB and let Bryce and the new guy battle it out in camp. It should have already happened this past offseason.
    • Yessir, great white knight. Sorry for bringing up relevant numbers that provide perspective. Sleep tight tonight. You have a long day of defending Bryce's honor ahead of you tomorrow. Want some more relevant numbers? Bryce completed 60% of his passes today, his season average. Legette caught 67% of his targets.
    • I think the Bucs and Eagles take care of us but we turn around and beat the Cowboys.  ATL and/or AZ could be wins depending on which version of them you get. TB knows Canales’ offense, and Coen has been calling great games. I have a hard time seeing us beat them this season. 4-13 floor 6-11 ceiling, would be surprised to see 7-10
