PIA's Powerlifting Journey

I'll be killing chest today as well. The gym here on post is phenomenal. Actually both bases I've been on have great gyms. I feel like a kid in a candy store when I see a power rack and matting.

Our gym is just meh...   decent equipment, but the way it's setup is retarded.  Plus there's only one squat rack, which is stupid...  well, not for the chest and bicep crowd, but for the serious people it is...

I just want to say something. There is a fitness fanatic (such as myself) in this unit, and this dude DOES NOT DO LOWER BODY. He's nice and defined up top, but he had the legs of a poorly fed Ethiopian. He just doesn't want to change. Meh, it's exhausting.

Like what exercises?

Deadlifts, leg curls and extensions, leg presses on a variety of machines, calf and tibilias raises.

Very rarely do squats because of the limited range of motion in my left shoulder due to the surgery I had.

Have you tried Bulgarian squats?
